Seasonal crafts, themed activity bags, and evening or late-night coverage for the parties that run long. Holiday and peak-season dates carry a 20% surcharge, which is shown on your quote before you book.

Quoted for your event.
Our published package rates cover wedding and reception childcare. Holiday Party Childcare is quoted for your event instead — send us the date, the hours and how many children, and we will come back in writing. The same terms apply: a 50% deposit secures the date, the balance is due 7 days before, and travel beyond the first 25 miles is $0.75 per mile.

Why is there a holiday surcharge?
Holiday and peak-season dates add 20% to the subtotal. Those are the hardest dates to staff, and pricing them openly is better than quietly declining them.
How early should we book a December date?
As early as you can — December fills first. If your date is close, ask anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can staff it.
Do you travel to our location?
Yes — we are based in Dallas, Georgia and travel across Metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The first 25 miles are included, and beyond that a travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies. It appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
Who will be looking after our children?
Caregivers who are CPR and First Aid certified and background checked. Little Guests Event Childcare is fully insured, and that cover applies on your site.
How do we confirm the booking?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We provide a written contract that must be signed to confirm, so nothing is held on a handshake.
