Pricing
Quoted for your event.
Our published package rates cover wedding and reception childcare. Church & Community Events is quoted for your event instead — send us the date, the hours and how many children, and we will come back in writing. The same terms apply: a 50% deposit secures the date, the balance is due 7 days before, and travel beyond the first 25 miles is $0.75 per mile.

Can you cover a recurring event?
Yes, and it is worth telling us up front — a standing arrangement lets us keep the same caregivers on it, which is what makes it feel familiar to the children.
Can you provide safeguarding documentation?
Yes. All staff are background checked and CPR and First Aid certified, and we can provide evidence of that and of our insurance on request.
Do you travel to our location?
Yes — we are based in Dallas, Georgia and travel across Metro Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The first 25 miles are included, and beyond that a travel fee of $0.75 per mile applies. It appears on your quote before you commit to anything.
Who will be looking after our children?
Caregivers who are CPR and First Aid certified and background checked. Little Guests Event Childcare is fully insured, and that cover applies on your site.
How do we confirm the booking?
A 50% deposit secures your date and the balance is due 7 days before the event. We provide a written contract that must be signed to confirm, so nothing is held on a handshake.
